ROLLERS

We design and offer centrifugally cast furnace rollers up to diameter 59" (1500 mm), and up to 315" (8000 mm) overall length. The rollers are supplied ready to use, fully machined and dynamically balanced. For special surface requirements the rollers can also be supplied with ceramic or metallic coatings of various types. The performance and the life of heat resisting castings depend mainly on the right selection of a suitable alloy, on its metallurgical quality and on the proper design of the cast pieces.
